What is our approach?

We support people to lead full and aspiring lives.

We believe that everybody, regardless of their disability or need, has the right to:

• A home of your own – this might be living with family or friends, or living on your own
• Support to live as independently as possible, with choice and control over your life
• A range of services are on offer, including residential and supported living, respite and emergency care, shared accommodation or a flat of your own. We can also provide care in your own home.
• Are you interested in finding out more about a service for yourself, a member of your family, or someone you know?

Everyone’s needs and circumstances are different, and support will work best if it’s designed to give people what they really want. If you ask us for support, we promise that we will make every effort to get to know you, understand your needs and listen to what you want to achieve in life. Then we will work with you to plan the right support for you
